History: Created in July 2005, Path To Glory quickly set the benchmark for gaming servers in Battlefield 2. Having held the number 1 ranked BF2 server and first of its kind (City Maps Only) for 6 months, we showed the gaming public how to enjoy a game to its maximum potential.
Now in November 2007 [PTG] is moving on. Crysis is the game of choice and I am here to represent our recruitment drive. Through me you will find your Path To Glory. Your mission in life. Your goal to success.
Ok enough of the cheesy spiel. [PTG] is all about having fun. Our youngest member is 21 and our not so youngest is 38. We are a group of guys who all enjoy gaming and when the need arises can put in a serious performance whether it is during a war team practice or an official match for a ladder. I’m here to recruit specifically for the Crysis Division of the clan so any other games that takes your fancy is a bonus for both you and us.
Our website and more specifically our forums are always busy. Clan [PTG] members can spend as much time on the forums as they can in a game. It’s the mainstay of the clan and the perfect place for non members to join current members in a friendly environment. With over 20 forums dedicated to specific subjects you’ll find it really easy to get in to a debate.
So what do we like to expect from new recruits. Well dedication is a good thing. Our latest member joined nearly 12 months ago and over half had joined the ranks in 2005. Most have [PTG] as their first and only clan. So we like to pride ourselves on that fact.
Respect is another factor we like to see. I’m 27 years old and I have as much respect for our 21 year old as I do for our 38 year old. Everyone in the clan is equal.
Maturity has shown in past experiences that its a lot harder to be mature the younger you are. To that end anyone who is younger than 18 will usually find themselves under the microscope more so than those above 18. That doesn’t mean we are an 18+ only clan but it does mean you will need to prove to us you can act accordingly.
