Character Technology
The characters of a game can be a very large factor in determining the level of immersion. You simply need good characters to support a good story or else the level of enjoyment greatly diminishes. When I talk about characters, I'm referring to the personality, appearance and behavior of the various characters within a game.

It reminds me when i use to whore back in 1999 Resident Evil on PS lol , only better graphics, use to love that stuff when i was a kid!
