The story line of a game is very important. It can directly affect a games success and how well you enjoy playing it.

The story line in Crysis is quite familiar yet at the same time very unique. Although alien invasions and spaceships are nothing new to the world of stories, some of the details of Crysis are very unique. The effects the spaceship has aswell as how the aliens look and behave are all very unique. My point is, Crysis has a kick ass story line.

The Story
Earth, 2020: A colossal asteroid crashes down to Earth.

(yes, it was 2019, now Crytek is saying 2020)

Global tensions have reached boiling point as the U.S. and North Korea square off in the South China Sea. At stake: a mysterious artifact uncovered by a team of U.S. archeologists.

The North Korean government quickly seizes the area, prompting the U.S. to dispatch an elite team of Special Forces operatives on a rescue mission. During the siege the true nature of the artifact quickly emerges, pointing to the existence of an alien presence on Earth, and ultimately the trigger for a massive-scale alien invasion.

The battle to save Earth begins as the aliens’ flash freeze the tropics into a ghostly-white frozen landscape.

As gamers take up arms against the aliens, they will be outfitted with customizable weapons and a high tech Nanosuit, allowing them to adapt their tactics and abilities to a hostile, ever-changing environment and a mysterious enemy.

Vista Home Edition 64 bit 0x80070003 Error 4 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 23
Well i been having some problems with Windows Vista Home Edition 64 bit version installation ! Every time i attempt to Install I get the error !

First of all I did a clean installation on one of my HDD's.
The first step of the installation goes normal (Copying files)
The second step (expanding files) goes to 12% and then crash
with a message:
Windows cannot install required files. The file does not exist. Make sure
all files required for installation are available, and restart the
installation. Error code: 0x80070003.

So far i did try it like 10 times ended up with the same result each time , actually i did manage to get to 21% stage at expanding section at once but that was it just different error number(0x80070015).
Here is what i did try so far!
1.I did make sure that the disc is completely clean as it may be one of the reasons.
2.I did Set my Boot order in bios and make sure main Hard Drive i was
installing vista on is set to be booted 1st. ( played with around for a while )
3.I did update my Bios to the latest one availabe for my board.
4.I Unpluged any peripherals such as, printers, external drives, microphone
webcams etc during the installation.
5.I do have 2 hard Disk Drives so i did unplug one before installation , didn't help !
6.I am sure all my componnents support Vista so it shouldn't be the reason really ( feel free to check if you think i am wrong )
7.I also updated updated the firmware for my DVD drive . ( nothing so far )
now i have ordered a new DVD Drive and will check and let you all know how i will get on with it tomorow, i hope it will sorte my problems out if not then i will either get a new HDD or copy the Vista disc at a slow speed maybe 2x slower and try again , but if anyone of you do have any useful info that could help me , please feel free to post I would really appreciate it !

cheers

vai

Did you try to install Vista from your DVD on another computer for eg. on your friend pc ?

I've got, maybe not same but similar problem when I was installing XP on my oooooold computer. It was caused by 'Virus protection' option in BIOS. It should be disabled, because your motherboard can 'think' that files from Vista are viruses and can stopping installation.

Another possibility is that your VISTA dvd is broken, as my friend working in PC shop said, but he isn't sure, because he has never had sam problem before.

If it don't work, I recommend you just to call microsoft support and talk with them. They should help you, I suppose.

I have Sorted it and works fine now ! Only will do a fresh install again tomorow ! Here is what i did just to help you folks in future if you get across with similar problems!

1.Right i booted in XP

2.downloaded and installed vlite from http://www.vlite.net/download.html

3.It asked me to install some drivers , did it !

4.Start vlite again - pointed it at mine dvd drive,I let it extract the files somewhere after that i made a iso file burned it to a new DVD Disk where i had Vista copy already booted it and did the usual installation!

it still took a while tough , like 3 hours at least , yeah i know it is a long time but at the end i managed to get it working !
