Character Technology
The characters of a game can be a very large factor in determining the level of immersion. You simply need good characters to support a good story or else the level of enjoyment greatly diminishes. When I talk about characters, I'm referring to the personality, appearance and behavior of the various characters within a game.

I spilt coffee all over my brand-new keyboard tonight. Having to play games with a 10 year old k/board with what looks like crustaceans coming out from the under the keys.

hehe poor thing ''better luck next time'' I know how you feel , i have done it aswell once and i had important AAO TWL match so i had to play the whole match with the old one !
